The New 40 North
40 North Restaurant, has a 100 seat dining room with an adjoining deck for beautiful waterfront dining, has opened under new management. Our venue is available for celebrations and has re-opened for dinner. The new owners have taken advantage of the beautiful water views to create a menu that celebrates the beautiful, bountiful, Caribbean.
The executive Chef – Winthorpe Spence is a product of Jamaican parents, Cooking from a very young age he followed his passion to the Culinary Institute of America graduating in 1991. Since then he has worked at The Vista Hotel, Lansdowne Resort and the Salamander Resort just to name a few.
The General Manager, Melainie Williams also pursued her love of all things culinary and has been catering parties small and large as well as starting and executing school lunch programs for several years. She brings a Culinary Management Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education with her. Feel free to stop in and see her anytime or call her to handle all your catering requests.
